Today I wanted to talk to about buying the wrong house. I’ve heard from quite a few people who feel they have bought the wrong house, and this is for a couple of reasons.

One of the things they don’t consider seriously when looking to purchase a home is the condition of the property. After they buy the house, they just keep putting more and more money into it and it becomes a money pit before they know it. It’s vital to get the home inspected before you decide to buy the home.
