Have a Question? Ask & I'll Answer It With A Video

Why Do I Consider Myself a Real Estate Locomotive?

v

Today I’m here in North Platte, Nebraska at the Golden Spike Tower. What we are looking at here in the video is the shop where trains get repaired. You may think locomotives have diesel engines, but they don’t. They have diesel generators that generate electricity for the motors on the wheels to turn the wheels.

Here at the shop is where the locomotives go to get their generators tuned up. I want you to think of me as your locomotive repair shop for real estate. Sometimes you need a tune-up in your home, whether it be with the heating, plumbing, or other household systems. Give me a call when that happens, and I can help you out.

In the meantime, I’ll be here, watching these trains. Come up here sometime, you’ll enjoy it.

If you have any questions for me, or something needs a tune-up in your home, give me a call or send me an email. I’m always here to help!

  1. Thanks Bill for nice talk. I like to keep track your video clip on Youtube. I think you may list your real estate agents profile on Top 25 real estate agents in Minnesota, It's free; moreover, you may have some clients there.

  3. I think I'm like a real estate train because I keep moving forward in my studies! Just like a train needs tracks, I need help with dissertation writing to stay on the right path. It's like having a reliable guide to make sure I reach my destination successfully.

  4. As a real estate enthusiast, I proudly dub myself a "real estate locomotive." Just like a locomotive powers through tracks, I drive through the market with determination and vigor. My passion for properties fuels my journey, propelling me forward to explore new opportunities and navigate challenges.
