Awards and Reward: It’s All About Service

I am asked from time to time what awards I have won. Since my pictures shows up in the paper people wonder why. The awards that I win are always very special to me. They show that I am valued doing something I love.

Here are the awards I have won in the last year.

Top Sales

There are over 450 agents within CBS Homes. In April 2011 we won the award for All Company Top Sales. This award means our team sold the most homes out of all of the 450+ CBS Homes agents.
This award reminds me that our team is working hard and we know what we’re doing and we’re doing it well.

Top List

In June 2011 our team won the All Company Top Listing award. This means people have either been referred to us or have just called us after learning about us by some other means. People want someone who knows how to sell a house and they have come to us. As a result, we’ve won the top listing award.

It’s Not All About Awards…It’s About a Reward

We enjoy being good at what we do. We enjoy receiving rewards recognizing that fact, too. The reward we get from helping our customers is what we truly enjoy though. Sure, it sounds cliché to say that, but it’s true.

We enjoy taking the 28 years of experience we have and helping our customers make the best decision possible decision on the largest investment they will ever make: a new home. At the end of the day, that’s all that matters.

Our New Favorite Apps

I recently discovered freecaddy, a free app for anyone who loves to golf. It knows where all the golf courses are all over the United States. It actually acts as a GPS on the golf course. When you hit your golf ball and stand by it, the app can tell you how far away you are from the hole.

I also really enjoy slydial. This is perfect for those people in your life whom you love dearly, but often get caught on the phone with for way too long. In fact, they can unintentionally be real time drains if you let them. Sometimes, however, you need to get a message to these people.

Slydial actually bypasses that person’s ringer and goes straight to their voice mail. This allows you to get your message across quickly without getting trapped on the phone. Pretty cool, right?
