were great. He helped me get the process going right away, and we
basically got everything that we wanted! Part of the agreement was that
the seller owed us $2000 for repairs. At the closing, they said they
would send us the check later. Bill made sure that we got the check
right then in order to keep the process moving. It was a really quick
